All orders are made to order. Please allow up to 4 business days for processing before your order is started. Once your order has been processed and shipped, delivery times depend on the fulfillment method used. For supplier-made items (such as apparel), delivery typically takes 12–21 business days total from the order date.

Due to the custom and hygienic nature of press-on nails, all sales are final. However, if you’re unhappy with your order, please reach out. I’m happy to offer a refund or work with you on a revised design.
